There are many exciting events throughout the school year. Be sure to watch for the dates of these events. You will want to participate in them. Oktoberfest (October) Booths and games sponsored by various classrooms, chicken dance contest, chicken cackle contest, prizes, and the ever famous pie in the eye contest. Lots of good food
Christmas Program (Changes Yearly)
Ice Cream Social (January) Heaps of ice cream, loads of toppings of all kinds. Make your own sundae at the family ice cream social event.
Family Cookout (March) An outstanding evening event where families come together in a big pot luck cookout dinner. There will be fun and laughter, time to view your child’s portfolio, and visit with teachers and administration. Don’t miss this event.
Wacky Tacky Beach Day (May ) Date to be scheduled soon ! AZ sand + Crown H2O = A Beach Day. Bathing suits and beach towels are the school uniform for the day. Dunk tank, water slides, bouncers, hot dogs, hamburgers, and tons of other food. Families are invited so bring your water soakers. Everyone is a target.
Year End Celebration (End of School) Year end award ceremony for students in 1st through 6th. More details to follow
Formal cap and gown ceremony and march to Pomp and Circumstance. Kindergarten students receive their diploma and class ring. Pre-graduation ceremony: students from other classes will be providing the entertainment Click here for more information
